I'm Laura, I'm 18, I'm from the Midlands.
I am on a Photography course at Uni, it's really good. I like to read, write and I'm interested in art.
I came here because I suffer from panic attacks, especially at University and when I'm travelling, and dentists and doctors.
I'm hoping to make friends here, it's always good to talk about stuff like this with people who are going through the same thing. I'm hopefully going to therapy soon to help me control my panic attacks. I hope they go away completely one day.
I find it less scary reading the advice here off real people who go through the same thing, rather than looking at the information off wikipedia and other websites etc. :)
