HELP!

I just happened to run across this site--i have severe anxiety and depression--i can't function socially and it's affecting me at my job--this morning I actually started having suicidal thoughts and now I am so afraid. I really don't want to die but just want the pain to stop!! I am such a mess and don't know where to turn--please help!!

I'm sorry you're struggling, I hope at least it helps to know you're not alone with anxiety and depression here.

Could you elaborate a bit on what caused your distress this morning and perhaps we can offer some advice?
