So sick of ectopic beats

Hi Everyone

Here I am again, complaining about these horrible irregular heartbeats. Gosh i have a couple of days where they settle down a little and even manage to get a goodnights sleep for a couple of night :blush: then today boom they're back with a vengeance. They're all over the place :wacko: and driving me insane. I know all the tests say nothing wrong but gee i just hate the feeling they give you in the chest and it makes it so very hard to ignore them :shrug:

Any advice on how to try and ignore them?:shrug:
