New here - Hello!

Hey everyone

I’m Alexis and I’m from the USA. My health anxiety began three years ago when I started having GI issues due to gallstones. Even my gallbladder was removed, my health anxiety began to spiral out of control. Every little ache or pain would set me off and cause me to think of the worst case scenario.

I’m currently stuck in this pattern and I’ve found it’s really beginning to ruin my life. So, I’m hoping to get some counseling this year and really take control of my anxiety.
