Throat pain... Not sure what's the cause

Since two days i have throat pain, especially when swallowing.
I'm worried it's covid, but i also remember taking a paracetamol two days ago for headache, and when i swallowed the pill it got kinda stuck in my throat and it burned.

It seems since that moment i have pretty bad throat pain and it hurts everytime i swallow.
Can a painkiller burn my throat in such a way that it stays painful for 2 days??

The pill could also scratch the delicated surface of your throat too. Give it a few days, gaggle with wam salt water. If after a week it doesn’t get better, check in with doctor.

Last time I had a fish bone poked in my tonsil, no bleeding. Doc removed it but when I swallowed, throat was hurt for a few days. Doc recommended the same thing
