Hello,

I haven’t posted her in years to get feedback on my symptoms and my health anxiety. I just tested positive for covid on Thursday (symptoms started Tuesday) and I am not doing well anxiety wise. My symptoms have been pretty mild, but starting yesterday I started getting upper chest tightness and I can feel my ribs crack occasionally. I know that this very well be anxiety and it’s causing that tightness and cracking to occur which has happened to me before, but my irrational side is trying to convince me otherwise. Not sure what I’m looking for here, but wanted somewhere to vent.

I caught Covid last September and so did my husband. I totally understand your anxiety, I had it too- it’s hard not to when the news is full of stories. If it helps at all, whilst my husband was worse than me and we were both bedridden for a few days we are both fully recovered with no lasting side effects at all. Get plenty of rest, water, eat what you can and if you are able to (check with your doctor if needs be) take a Vit D supplement. You got this. Sending lots of love and support from the UK 💖
