Does anyone get triggered my health news articles they read? Like if you’re worried about a specific problem, does it seem Iike you randomly keep coming across articles about it? Seems to happen to me a lot

Yip, happens all the time. Sometimes it feels like the universe is trying to tell me I have a particular health problem. Hasn't happened so far though :yesyes:

Oh yes I do this all the time! I try to avoid any articles or any health programmes on TV as I know it will trigger me! It's awful isn't it??
