Leg pain

I have a achy stabbing pain that starts on the inside of my thigh and sometimes goes down the entire inside of my leg. It kinda comes and goes. It's been happening for a few weeks. Feels like my inner leg is on fire. I'm kinda getting worried about it. I have been doing some workouts but not too often. Any suggestions?

Could it be sciatica? When I was pregnant with my daughter I had sciatica really bad and it still bothers me once in an while.
