I have this small fear of amputation (I know it’s ridiculous) hence why I am even thinking twice about it.
I have chilblains during cold weather and doctor thinks I may have Reynauds (though I don’t get any symptoms anywhere else). I think it’s safe to say I don’t have the best circulation in my legs?
Recently, when I’m standing in the same position for a while, my left thigh will go numb, more to the front of it. Eases up after a bit of movement.
And sometimes when I wake up, my left leg from knee down will be numb and asleep.
I know I should just be more active but just frustrated it’s happening in the first place. Any advice welcome :)
(I’m under 20 for reference)
