Hi. I have relapsed big time. I have been writing with various health issues, my HA at a big time high! Many problems/issues going on and my anxiety has always manifested in HA.
Now last week I had my second dose of the Pfizer vaccine and the following day an old problem returned. I have an eye muscle imbalance which was under control for the past few years and it has suddenly worsened. Also , I get this stomach dropping feeling in my head (hard to explain). A feeling as if something is going to hit your face as well as teeth sensitivities. My HA is in overdrive and I am blaming the vaccine (which with hindsight I shouldn’t have had due to my extreme HA).
The ‘stomach dropping’ feeling in my head is constant these past few days and I am getting really anxious. So scared it is the vaccine triggering it. I have had this before years ago but have never heard of anyone having this.
So scared of spiralling into a breakdown 😞
