Hi everyone

I recently noticed I had a yellow tongue with stuff on it I could scrape off. I had a very dark yellow curry sauce for dinner (a lot of it) which may have caused it. I also read online (I was doing so well with HA until this) that it could be caused by an infection or something. Now I do have a sort infected fingernail but I'm not sure the two are linked.

Not sure what to do.

If it was a one off and you know you had curry sauce then why not just ignore it?

It was genuinely just the alarm of seeing it and seeing nothing like it before tbh.

Yeah but we get these things and they go and never re-occur.
