Anyone else?

Hello I hope you are all well
I have had anxiety for a long time. It is mostly under control. I am on 10mg citalopram which I have been on for a long time. Every now and then I get these thoughts and they make my tummy sort of flip with anxiety. I can be just relaxing in my home and I think theres all these people outside of my house doing their own thing going about their business and I dont know who they are or what they are doing. I'm in my house relaxing and there is a whole world going on around me .. it makes me feel strange . I live a normal life with a full time job I have no problems leaving the house etc. Anxiety is always in the background . Does anyone else think like this or know why it makes me feel on edge?

Yes I get them, like a butterflies type feeling or like a rollercoaster? You’re not alone.

I'm on escitalopram and I do get those feelings, as well. I've stopped paying much attention to it now and it does pass.
