Hi-every time I take a shower I’ve been experiencing a weird stitch type ache in my left side abdomen. I have to lie down to let it pass which is only minutes. I don’t really get it any other time although I have had anxiety this past year and have had sore chest muscles because of it. Is this itself yet another anxiety symptom? I’ve been experiencing it for a year and it never develops into anything sinister.
