Ridges on nails

I have noticed all my nails have ridges on them.I thought was normal but one finger has two lines going down and I looked it up think the name is beau lines and they could mean cancer and I’ve been having all this breasts worries I’m worried even more then. Is this true? I’m sorry for making another post I’m looking for new therapist now and having all this anxiety

Now I’m not sure if it’s beau lines but I have vertical lines ridges on all my fingers and one finger has two darker lines down them

I have ridges on every single nail, they showed up several years ago so it’s not from cancer. I have no idea why they are there and never really given it much thought. I know lots of people that have them so it’s probably nothing concerning
