I can’t believe I’m here again.
Last month I had breast cancer and now I’m worried about a couple of tiny freckles I’ve had in my iris for years.
I’m starting to think my health anxiety is associated with other changes or worries in my life and I become hyper fixated on symptoms that could indicate cancer.
I remember seeing a doctor and optometrist ages ago about these and nothing ever came of it. They’re just two little freckles in my iris, on the hazel bit (not white bit).
Google is the worst. “Keep an eye on it” “it could indicate cancer”. Of course in my mind “could” = will or does.
Does anyone else have these in their eyes? I hear they are common, but my HA tells me I’m sick, again. :(
