This all started about 2 months ago. My teeth are crowded so I had clear aligners but developed bad anxiety, had to stop treatment at week 6. One week later I also chipped my lower tooth, had it polished by dentist, everything ok. Since then I cant stop rubbing tongue there. I do it almost all day. Especially when I am nervous. Have I developed OCD? What medication will help me? It is such a horrible feeling I cant even explain. To be constantly aware of teeth. :weep:
