So to cut a long story short I had to have a full blood count test, just spoke to the receptionist she said it says satisfactory no action needed. I had another blood test in late 2018 some white cells were up so they re did the test and it said satisfactory. I’m just thinking why satisfactory and what does it mean something must be a bit out for it to keep coming out satisfactory I don’t get it it’s so frustrating , I just keep thinking have I got some thing wrong or the starting of it hence satisfactory results

Satisfactory is just doctor-speak for "fine". It's a technical term meaning that nothing is wrong.

Don't get caught up on the semantics, I'm 99.9% sure that satisfactory is the best result it's possible to get.

I agree with BlueIris. It isn't like a scale where "satisfactory" would equal mediocrity, like if you were describing a restaurant.

Satisfactory means you're good. Don't worry about it.

It is usual doctor speak.
