Eye ache in left eye. Does anybody else get similar symptoms?

With my anxiety I tend to get eye ache behind the eyes or more often, behind the left eye. I wear glasses and I have been staring a lot at the laptop screen since lockdown. Of course, naturally I end up worrying about more serious issues, but then I don't always get this symptom, so I'm pretty sure it's all in my head. I just wanted to know if anybody else gets similar kind of symptom/s?

Yeah, most probably is that. It is annoying. As I say, it's not all the time, but maybe every other day or every few days. But as a hypochondriac, I worry about aches and pains. It is annoying how my mind jumps to more serious issues all the time haha arrgghh.
