Hi I’m a forty something male from Australia and have had GAD MDD PA for the last four years.

Taken a turn for the worse this year due to motor vehicle accident but that’s life for you!

I have been reading posts here and find it really helpful to know I’m not alone.

So hello and let us support each other till we get to the light at the end of the tunnel. No matter how long it is!
