Hi all,
my names chris and Im new to this site and just want to intruduce myself a little. Im from california and I started suffering from alot of anxiety the begining of 2007 mostly due to the fact that i had costochondritis which is an inflammtion of the chest and can mimic hard attacks due to the pain it causes.
Ive also started suffering from vertigo and dizziness and i have panic attacks when they hit me becuase it feels like im lost or i might faint or die.
I like this site very much and it is very informative and i hope to cope and learn from these episodes of panic. I am trying not to take and anti depressants becuase i have had very bad withdrawal symptoms from paxil and i vow never to use them ever again.
