Red rash/burn on tip of penis

Hi, sorry for posting this one. I was with I girl I have been with for a while last night, we had sex a few times that both lasted about a hour or so each. When I woke up this morning I have a few red marks on my tip. Does anyone no what this is? I'm guessing it's from going to hard and too long? Any replies will be appreciated
