MS or anxiety

For my entire life I have been anxious, never really had panic attacks as such , more extreme stress reactions blowing things out of proportion, catastrophising, excessive worry, sleeplessness etc

Now I'm getting cold tingly feet , and pins and needles in hands and legs, never had this before, can anxiety symptoms change over time. I'm worried about MS now and can't concentrate on work, spent ages standing on one leg to see if balance is ok, it is !

also recommend a full blood test, i get pins and needles when either my magnesium, potassium or calcium is low, was no need for mri as bloods confirmed i was low in these otherwise while waiting i was told by my gp that an mri may be needed to rule out ms

Had full blood tests recently and they were satisfactory..kind of wish they weren't now
