Another newbie

Hi everyone

My name's Angela and I'm 29 years old. I'm happily married and run my own business from home, but I have been suffering with pretty severe anxiety and panic attacks lately. I've had problems since a child and have learned to live with the symptoms, but finally they seem to have a firm hold on me and I realise I now need help. I've just started a course of anti-depressants and I am waiting for a referral to see a councellor.

I had a very rough first pregnancy in the summer which resulted in a terminaton, and I think this was the straw to break the camel's back, so to speak.

Anyway, I look forward to browsing through the rest of the website and reading other members messages.

I find that when my panic attacks get to that point a few sessions of Hypnotherapy work for me. I am off to see her tomorrow!!
