Hello,
This is my first time posting but I’ve used this website for a few months to help with my health anxiety. Hoping I’m doing this right!
Background: I’ve been on Prozac (fluoxetine) for just over a month after switching from Citalopram. I just finished a 12 day course of Prednisone (steroids) for unrelated inflammation issue.
The past few days I’ve been experiencing headaches (I think steroid related) and eye strain. I’ll randomly get a strange feeling like a brain zap but it feels like I’m falling for a brief moment. I’ll feel like I need to move or ground myself to get the feeling to pass. No pain but just a really strange sensation. I know people have this when falling asleep but I’ll get it while looking at my phone, sitting in my car, etc.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just another fun anxiety symptom?
