Right arm weak

Hi all
I finally braved and got my second dose vaccine last Wednesday. Since then I am feeling as if my hand is weak. I know it’s anxiety because it happens only when I type on computer. I am sorry excessively obsessed about it and keep checking if my hands are trembling. Just not able to break the thought loop.
Any suggestions?
The whole right side feels weak, pains if I type, feel as if the whole right hand is trembling etc

I get terrible feelings of weakness in my arms or legs when I’m anxious.
Ive learnt that the more I focus on it the worse it gets, but true weakness is failure not feeling, try to get comfort from that

Yea that’s true. The more I focus the worse it gets but breaking that loop is absolutely not possible at the moment :(
