Lump next to left ear

I’m unsure how long I’ve had this lump it’s nose level but right next to the ear I’m not even sure it’s a lump but it’s not on my right ear so I’m guessing it’s something........maybe cartilage my health anxiety reared it’s ugly head again and it won’t go away any ideas what it could be? Or anyone had anything similar?

I am prone to cysts. I've had sebaceous cysts behind and in front of my ears. More commonly behind.
