View Full Version : Two normal urine tests, but still not totally convinced nothing is wrong

I'm sure everybody on this board is aware that I've been going through a urinary symptom/bladder cancer scare since last September when I had an episode of visible hematuria around last year. I've gone to two doctors since then, a GP and a urologist who then did two urine cytologies which came back negative for cancer, but it just seems like every so often I'll have flare-ups of symptoms and occasionally I'll pass what appears to be tiny objects in my urine the size of a grain of sand. I haven't had any unusual fatigue or weight loss nor have I had pink urine again. Recently, I got some urinary test strips and both of them have come back normal, no invisible hematuria, no protien, no billurbin, no ketones, no leukocytes, nothing...I really want to believe it's a good sign that nothing is seriously wrong with me and that I'm just passing tiny stones, but I just can't get it out of my mind....
