Hi All, one day my attention suddenly went to my right hand all of a sudden and I have been obsessing about it ever since. I am unable to type on laptop as it feels like my hand is sluggish/weak. It is absolutely fine when I wake up and do other chores. I have tried changing the chair/table alignment and all other ergonomic settings:(
This also happens when I get any stressful news my right and sometimes right leg becomes weak and sluggish and get panic attack.
Has anyone experienced this weird issue? What should I do to shift my focus?
Or do I need to actually visit a Dr?

Hi Sia, I have been having similar symptoms with both my hands. I saw a doctor on Tuesday for it. He thinks I have carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel syndromes. I have to wear wrist braces and do physical therapy.

Yes!! In the end it was confirmed that the issue is my neck, years of forward head posture (we all do it, don't think you don't) has caused an uneven wearing out of the disks in my neck and that little bit of pressure on the nerves causes the weakness. Thing is, my neck doesn't hurt so I was left to ruminate what catastrophic even happened or was about to happen.

I went to a chiropractor and he fixed me!

Yes, the wrist thing sounds like carpal tunnel. Speak with your doc. Many times it helps to wear a wrist immobilizer while you sleep. There are also exercises you can do. There are videos you can watch of them on You Tube
