I feel ridiculous, my HA was hardly bothering me for months and now every other day I'm freaking about some extremely minor thing that I feel stupid about.

I was messing around putting makeup on my bf. I put some lip liner on his lips and because it's a nice red colour he decided to put it on my eyes like eyeliner. It was fun in the moment but very soon I started worrying about getting pink eye, or some sort of bacteria in my eye, since I was using the liner on his lips moments ago. I don't think the liner touched the actual eyeball but I spent a while trying to take it off as well so it could have gotten slightly rubbed in. He's not infected with anything but... I know it's stupid but I can't stop thinking about it. Especially since my eyes are feeling sore from rubbing them with makeup remover. I just want to be able to goof off and do random stuff without freaking about the smallest things /sighh

yes, you can get pink eye from sharing makeup, but only if the person has an active infection.

If you share makeup with someone who has pink eye you will get it, but otherwise no. It's always possible to get a small stye on your eye from using lip liner on your eye. But also, chances are low. And, either of these things is also no a big deal.
