Pain under chin after piercing

I had my tongue pierced on Saturday, straight after I had a pain under my chin, left side just under my jaw.

My tongue swelling is going down, it still hurts to eat but it’s getting a little easier. It’s normal colour and doesn’t look infected

But this pain under my chin is still there especially when I press it. Has anyone hAd anything similar? I’ve been a little headachy, suffering with a bit of dizziness/swaying/balance issues and had bad vertigo the other night when I laid on my right side. Just hoping they haven’t hit a nerve or done something serious

While sort of popular im thinking tongues shouldn't be pierced, too many nerves, not like an earlobe which is just a fleshy bit. Hopefully there is no lasting or permanent damage.

Could it be from where they held you while they pierced? It could be a little bruising.

I wonder if it could also be lymph nodes? A piercing would definitely inflame those even without infection.
