Hi every1 :)
Im Lisa I am 33 and live in Hertfordshire.
Iv had anxiety all my life! It started to flare up at 19 with panic attacks.
At the moment its taken over my life! Iv fibromyalgia/costochrondritis because of anxiety/stress.
Iv had hypnosis and curruntly having councilling.
Iv had all sorts of anxiety! health/not wanting to go out etc..
Im in a circle! worry..tension...anxious....pain....worry.....
Iv tried all sorts of relaxation teqniques.
Im at my lowest at the moment as i feel my body is giving up! Im very sensitive, im shaking alot, my mind is chattering! the tension is so painfull and i sometimes cant even get any words out as i get mental blocks. This all makes my anxiety sky high and out of control which then worries me even more!
I have come on here to seek help and advice and to give any out.
Would love to hear from anyone who has some of the problems i have or any1 who lives near to me or any1 who just wants a chat :)
