High Blood Platelets

Hello All I’ve been referred to a hematologist for high blood platelets.
I’ve had them in the past they have always been on the higher side.
I had a routine blood check and there were 550 2 weeks later 415.

I’m worried, I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck, and I’m thinking the worse.

I’ve had this before too. Had them re tested 6 weeks later and they were normal. I’d had a mild virus (before Covid) and GP said it could have been reason. My other bloods were all over the place too but again 6 weeks later all normal. Sounds like they’re coming down?!
