So for the last few weeks, I've had excessive saliva. It's pooling up in my mouth so I either have to spit a lot or swallow. I'm having trouble initiating swallows some too. Like I try to swallow the first time and I can't so I have to try again. Is this likely anxiety? I'm not on any medications currently.
