Hi all, Im new here. Im a 38 year old who is currently diagnosed with GAD social phobia and dysthemia which has affected me for over 25 years. I see a pyshchiatrist every 3-6 months and am on anti depressants and mood stabilisers. I work full time as an assessor for social services and feel im in a constant state of panic. I also get low rate mobilty DLA for my GAD.
I am married and have 4 year old twin boys who are the loves of my life.
