Hi my name is Sue, I'm 49, married and live in England. I have suffered anxiety in the past but not had it bad for over 10 years. Had Ovarian Cancer last year and since finishing all my treatment back has come the anxiety. :mad:. Out have come the well worn Claire Weekes books, (what comfort they are) having counselling with a lovely lady. I understand how it all has happened but putting the stategies into practice is not always easy. Love to chat to others, find it hard for people to understand who haven't been there.
