Hello!

Let me try this again. I posted once before but don't see it. Im a 75 year old male that has always suffered from health anxiety but never goes to a doctor unless im in extreme distress or end up in an emergency room.
This is where I need help. How to overcome this? So ill go on from here.. with your advice and help.
