I accidentally splashed screenwash on my hands, will this do me harm?

Hi there, was just doing a routine maintenance on my car and topped the windscreen wash up, i splashed some on my hands by accident and now im worried if it will do any harm. Need some reassurance. Thanks.

I'm assuming you washed your hands afterwards? To honest even without washing you would probably be fine.

It'll do you no harm at all unless you drink it. I assume you washed your hands afterwards.

Yes i washed my hands straight after, got back in my car and then the anxiety kicked in.

Try and challenge those thoughts and really think about how it can't possibly hurt you.
