Weird brain zaps..

I've been having brain zaps, like an electric shock type feeling in my head, i don't really know how to explain it but it feels pretty weird. I've had them before when getting off SSRI medication, and they usually stopped a few days after quitting SSRI.

Every now and then it comes back, whenever i take a nap. I will wake up from a nap and feel these brain zaps for a couple minutes then they dissapear again for weeks. It's weird how it only happens after taking a nap, and not after regular sleep... Is this normal? I've been off ssri for 2 months now.
