Brand new seizure fear (or panic attack?)

My anxiety got bad recently and I started having a bunch of visual symptoms (blurry vision, visual snow, afterimages etc.) and constant dizziness feeling like a constant rocking sensation. In the last couple of days theres been a couple of times when I felt overwhelmed/overstimulated where I would start to feel like I might collapse, my body shaking, random muscle twitches, heart racing, tingling around my eyebows and rocking sensation and visual stuff gets even worse. I’m starting to worry what if these are seizures and not panic attacks? I have lots of anxiety but dont usually get panic attacks but usually breathing exercises help but in this case they don’t seem to make a difference. It just feels so weird and i’m terrified

What you are describing sounds like a panic attack to me. I don’t think a seizure is anything like what you are experiencing. You might want to talk to your doctor though. He/she might be able to get you some help.

BTW, I have visual snow and tons of visual symptoms. It all gets worse when my anxiety is bad.
