I've bee getting this numb, pins and needles like feeling in my right hip mostly but sometimes in my left too, when I sleep on my side. It's less in my actual hip and more centred around the bit where the thigh meets the hip. It's really freaking me out as most sources online mention sciatica and things which I don't think I have as I experience no pain throughout the day.
I've always noticed numbness on and off in that area but I've always attributed it to having to wear a back brace for scoliosis through most of my teen years - the plastic would dig into my hips often and I'd have to sleep in it too.
It is worrying me all of a sudden that I'm noticing the numbness more and it's happening everytime I sleep. Very scared and I hope someone can relate or give advice
