Gel nail polish

Hi all,

I haven't posted in quite some time however tonight I've got myself into a state of panic.

So, I have been biting on my finger nail that I do have gel nail polish on. I got a wired taste in my mouth and I think I may have swallowed a tiny piece of the gel polish.

I am now in a state of panic and I am feeling sickly. I'm not sure if it's because I have got myself so worked up.

Will I be ok?!

Hi Emily, I did this once and didn’t die. I also had a piece fly off when I was cutting my nails and my ten pound dog ate it before I could get it. He didn’t die either.
