Urge to wee

I’ve had anxiety for as long as I can remember, I’ve recently had the feeling that i need to wee a lot but when I go next to nothing comes out, I’ve had a urine test and blood test and all fine.

The more I fixate on this the worse it feels does anybody else get this

It's definitely a stress response, don't sweat it.

Ok, it’s just annoying more than anything else you know, the more I think about it the worse it feels
