How serious is underarm pain?

I just have been feeling some underarm pain for a few days in one arm. I’m really worried it’s lymphoma. I had bloods down 6 months ago and we’re fine, and I can’t feel and nodes but I’m worried. I had shoulder surgery on that side so I’m wondering if it could be related to that, since I did a hard arm workout a few days ago. When I move it more it hurts more, but I’m worried

I’ve had underarm pain before. I don’t think I’ve ever known what caused mine.

If you’ve strained a muscle, it might take a few weeks to heal. I’ve never heard of underarm pain as a symptom of lymphoma. I bet you’ll feel better soon.

Hi - I am female and I get armpit pain quite a lot. I’ve put it down to hormones. I have a couple of lymph nodes in my armpits that have been there for years and have been scanned and told that they are harmless.
I also get armpit strain when I’ve done a workout with weights so that would make sense too.
