Hi there. My name is Sidnee and I have suffered from HA all my life--but it mostly kicked in when I was in my late 20s. I've been suffering from it on and off for over 20 years. It's nice to find a place where others share what they go through--as this makes me feel very isolated and alone.

For some folks isolation is difficult, while, for others (myself included) see isolation as calm solace .. sort of depends on how you view time alone by yourself.

In any case: Glad you joined us here and hope you fine comfort being around others dealing with various issues.
