Here again after a few years

I'm suffering from panic tickets again. This was brought on due to sudden change in my life,im struggling to accept 😪. I've been of medication 2 years now after being on them for 17 years.. well I'm considering taking them again I feel I need the help. BUT as usual I m scared to start my ciprolex as I know how they effect you.... I just want to ask has anyone started on half of 10mg for couple weeks and how was the side effects?
