Buzzing in left hands for days

I've been having this buzzing feeling in my left hand for days now. It's primarily between my index and middle finger but also some in my palm near my thumb. It's driving me NUTS. I've been having a lot of shoulder and neck pain on that side but I'm not sure if that is the reason or if it's just coincidence. Anyone else ever have this?

Yes, I do have that in my left hand some too. Sometimes I think I hold my phone awkwardly with my left hand, like in an L shape with my thumb across the bottom, and that might be what causes it…who knows!?

It's so weird. I only feel it if somehow that area gets touched. It's right underneath my index finger.

Could definitely be a slightly tweaked nerve in your neck or shoulder. My neck and upper back are super messed up and I will get random buzzing I'm my fingers/hands/elbows.
