Hi I’m a 31 year old male, I have had the urge to wee a little and a fullness in my bladder for a couple of weeks, I’ve had a urine test and full blood test which all came back very normal.

My doctor is saying this is psychosomatic and my sensitivity.

I was worried about internal cystitis but it’s not an intense pain like you get with that and I’m going to the loo around 4-5 times a day not the 10+ you normally go with that?

Does anyone else suffer with this with anxiety?

I get this when I drink fizzy drinks/alcohol. Which I barely even drink ! If I drink only water for awhile it eases :D

I went through a phase of worrying about my bladder. During this time I needed to pee all the time. Much more than usual and so it then added onto the worry of oh there’s something wrong.
As soon as I moved onto something else health related it went away. Just shows how powerful the mind is
