In 2019 I was in my bathroom with the lights on and then I walked out into my dark living room. My eyes started to have like these bright light spots. It didn’t blind me but it was like I was looking into the sun. It lasted only like 5 minutes.
I thought it was just because I changed lighting conditions quickly
Since then it has happened 2 more times ( total of 3 times). Under the same conditions. Going from light to dark. No headache or any other symptoms.
I realized it hadn’t happen in a while and I decided to google what could be out of curiosity
TIA and stroke came up.
Now I’m freaking out. I’m now concerned it was a TIAs happening.
I currently don’t have medical insurance ( just moved back to the US) to get a MRI and even if I did, I’m not sure the insurance company would warrant it as a necessary test as I hadn’t had this issue in like over a year.
It’s currently 4am and I can’t sleep thinking about this.
