Hit my head - scared of brain damage

Five days ago I got hit in the head with a handball… I didn’t pass out, but I’ve felt sick since it happened… I feel drowsy and tired, and I feel like I’m about to pass out all the time... I’m just scared I have a brain bleed without knowing it… Should I go to the doctor?

To me it sounds like a slight concussion.
A brain bleed would signal real problem symptoms, I think you’d be in hospital after 5 days if it was a bleed.
Maybe pop to the GP to put your mind at rest though, they will do some standard checks
