So about 3 weeks ago i started to pee frequently and there was irritation behind the penis and in the anus,so i rang the dr they told me to do a urine test,which came back woth slight infection,so i did the treatment of anti biotics,it sort of eased,but then i started to have acheing in the testicles and persistent dull ache in the anal passage again,i went to see my gp she did an exam of the anal passage and it was normal no bumps lumps piles anal fissures nothing,she has told me to do an std test,but i have not had sex in 2 years!!!!!!!so it is not going to be that,im sat here in discomfort with the dull ache,my anxiety is telling me it is cancer!!i have no weight loss or not blood in stools or urine,just a constant dull ache
